Technical Salesman
After completing your education, preferably technical training (e.g. engineer or technician, etc.), you have management experience in a medium-sized enterprise, which has the highest requirements of innovation, reliability and quality, and want to work at a next career step in a newly established office of a dynamic, expanding company. High business expertise is required, as well as outstandingly successful sales experience. Know how to win and service for customers through active and creative advice. This includes some proven sales successes in the unit or department which was in your charge. They are characterized by business thinking and acting as well as negotiation and contract security. It gives you joy to optimize procedures and processes and to drive forward the development and expansion of the company.
For this position we seek a person with determination and "bite". You can give a good example to your staff, and are willing to deal with the problems by yourself. Your leadership style is characterized by persuasiveness, integration and assertiveness. A leader who wants to only lead and manage does not fit the company or the corporate culture.
