1. Gimm Labortechnik GmbH & Co. KG
During 1981, Mr. Hans Jürgen Grimm established
as engineer a scientific instrumentation company,
specialised in the field "PARTICLE MEASUREMENT,
called "GRIMM Labortechnik GmbH & Co. KG".
2. The Beginning
In the beginning was the clean room and filter testing
industry dominating, but in the later years the focus has
changed in W-Europe to Air control in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic industries. Most of the users in E-Europe
however come from research institutes, so when the iron
curtain collapsed many of our established research clients
in the E-European countries changed their work focus.
3. Environmental and Occupational
Due to these political changes in Eastern Europe,
the company had also to change its marketing
direction toward the Western European market and started
to develop products in the health and safety flied,
associated with "PARTICLE MEASUREMENT.
We therefore developed different Aerosol monitors
for ENVIRONMENTAL and OCCUPATIONAL use.
4. Nano and Emission
 Meanwhile not only these two segments haven developed
over time into a wide range of products, new and more
sensitive technologies have been added such as NANO
and EMISSION Technologies, and the
applications are steadily growing.
5. Grimm Aerosol Technik GmbH & Co. KG
Today we have the most comprehensive AEROSOL Product line
and our customer base is constantly growing.
Due to this new orientation we decided to change our name in 1999 into the
GRIMM AEROSOL TECHNIK GmbH & Co. KG
6. Europe and North America
 Meanwhile GRIMM maintains offices in Europe and in
North America. These facilities where opened due to the
growing interest in the US in portable Aerosol monitors
and also to support all our existing customers.
7. Made in Germany
 At the present are all instruments are made in Germany, however GRIMM Aerosol Technik is planning to expand into new areas in the near future. Therefore a support office was established in Singapore and a second office will be soon opened in cooperation with a Chinese University in the very near future as well. The company has presently over 70 employees, the sole owner of all operations is Mr. Hans Grimm in Germany.
8. New Research Center
Our research team expanded and a new centre was added, focused mainly to NANO Technologies. Here we work in different projects for different new instruments with scientific people from all over Europe. Our aim is to supply the state of art technology in / nearby this German research centre.

Unsere mechanische Fertigung soll ausgebaut werden und unsere zwei Standorte bedienen können.
Dafür wird eine verantwortliche Person gesucht.
Diese ist für die Betreuung des Maschinenparks als auch den Ausbau dieser in eine größere Fertigungs-Straße verantwortlich.
Diese Person soll mit den derzeitigen Kollegen diese neue Strecke aufbauen.
Der Standort für diese Positionen ist der Ort Pouch (bei Bitterfeld).
Qualifikationen
Abgeschlossene Mechanikerausbildung
Erfahrung mit automatischen Maschinen
Min 5 Jahre Praxis in dieser Sparte
Verhandlungserfahrungen mit Lieferanten
Analytische Denkart gefordert
Fliesend in Deutsch und etwas in Englisch

Job Description
This is a challenge for young university absolvent, but also for other
scientific persons willing to work more with people.
The persons will be responsible for covering a specific product segment ,
the appropriate marketing and sales support to their Group Mangers.
His location will be in Ainring for the first 2 years, than in the Pouch R&D Centre.
Qualifications
Eng-degree in Physics or Electronics
Scientific independent personality
Min 1 year of research experience
International publication experience
Analytical thinking required
Good German & English knowledge

Job Description
Our development department is expanding and we need soon additional
people with electronic experience.
These persons will be responsible for instrument developments and able to
bring new ideas into new products.
Their primary location will be in Pouch in the R&D Centre.

Job Description
This is a leadership position in the Marketing organisation.
The person will be responsible for setting the direction at the
COMPANY and the associated sub-offices world-wide.
PRIMARY DUTY
Identify the company performance and improof possible weaknesses for all existing GRIMM product lines. Only the R&D will be exempt from this responsibility.
Analyse the market for new applications and assist in new more upcoming products and standards
Develop and execute the general Company strategy
Establish and manage all agents Grow existing and
establish new segments into a successful business units
Manage People and his support system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineer or MBA
Min 5 years of VP experience
Analytical Marketing experience
Good German & English knowledge
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Leadership experience in the Instrumentation market.
Presentation and communication skills
